Nomad Interiors LLC is in the process of appointing an Interior Designer with minimum 4 years of interior design experience in UAE, capable of the following:
1- Outline client design objectives
2- Preparation of Conceptual and sketch design plans
3- Undertaking design project from concept to completion
4- Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
5- Source materials and products included in plans
6- Create 'mood boards' to sample designer design vision
7- Utilize computer applications in the design process
8- Excellent communication skills, especially in communicating an artistic vision
9- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp PRO, 3D Max or similar software

Reporting to the Administration Manager, will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution and providing additional clerical support. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the entire organization, which requires a positive attitude and polished, professional appearance. This position will multi task a variety of front office activities.

• Polished professional with outgoing attitude and team player.
• Excellent typing skills (word processing; 50-60 wpm), high level of proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new applications as required.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
• Proven job diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
• Commitment to work overtime when required by management.
• Familiarity and working knowledge of general office machines (i.e. fax, copier, printers, etc.) required.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors.
