We’re pleased to share one of our recently completed turnkey villa renovations in Alvorada, Arabian Ranches.

The project involved a comprehensive transformation, with all civil works, MEP, bespoke joinery, interior finishes and landscaping fully managed and executed by our in-house teams.

For us, quality is not limited to what is immediately visible. It is equally important in the materials, workmanship and technical details concealed behind the finished surfaces. Every stage of this renovation was carefully coordinated to deliver a home that is built as well as it looks.

A Kitchen Shaped Around the Home

Designed for a villa in Whispering Pines, Jumeirah Golf Estates, this bespoke kitchen forms part of a larger renovation currently taking shape.

The palette is soft yet distinctive: muted sage-green cabinetry, richly veined stone and warm brass details are brought together through gently curved edges and finely crafted joinery. A generous central island anchors the room, while fluted finishes, integrated storage and illuminated glass cabinetry add depth and character without compromising its everyday function.
