We've Got Your Back was rolled out again with an additional segment on UAE labour law right explained to 75 ESAG workers, at their accomodation camp, alongside the usual lovely fitenss tips and stretches offered in tandem with the very best Grant Goes from FitnessLink.
Healthier bodies, smiling hearts and faces, and appeased minds on employment rights. Just how we like it.

A real life experience is always more memorable & moving than a theory, & this project from IKEA is all about the experience, allowing shoppers to step inside the home of a Syrian refugee.
It's the ultimate dose of empathy, allowing others in some small way to feel, understand, look, touch, & have a moment of sameness with a refugee.

We had a big turnout for Water for Workers this morning, 10,000 bottles & facecloth gone in an hour, making 30,000 this summer & 150,000 all time!
