Water Sports Operations & Maintenance Technician

Bigfoot Water Sport is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking team member to join our operation in Sint Maarten.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term future with a growing watersports business.

This is more than just a job. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and being part of a team that creates safe and unforgettable experiences on the water every day.

Requirements:

✅ Experience operating and handling jet skis
✅ Valid boat license
✅ Mechanical experience with jet skis (maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs)
✅ Fiberglass repair experience
✅ Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong commitment to safety
✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional
✅ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot jet skis and equipment
🔹 Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance
🔹 Carry out fiberglass repairs when needed
🔹 Assist with daily watersports operations
🔹 Ensure all equipment is safe, clean, and customer-ready
🔹 Help maintain a professional and organized beach operation
🔹 Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations

✔ French is a strong asset (additional languages are a plus)
