I am excited to announce my first big commission! This is a dining room table made for a colleague from work. It is made from solid Tasmanian Blackwood with a modern trapezium leg design. The top is 2.6m by 1.4m, made to seat 12 people!

This was the biggest build I have done and I was excited to face the unique and interesting challenges it offered! Can't wait for the next exciting project!

I bought this picture in Tasmania and wanted to create the perfect frame for it! The frame is made from Tasmanian black-hearted sassafras. I challenged myself to to cut the mat board and glass, and create the backing for the frame and am very happy with the results!

This is a monitor riser I built for work to help with my posture, so I am not hunching over so much. The top is made from some very curly red gum with cracks that are filled in with epoxy. I split the piece in half and bookmatched it to give it the symmetric 'mirror image' effect. The sides are made from reclaimed oak floorboards.

This is a lovely mahogany box that I made as a birthday gift for a friend. It is the perfect organisation box for sewing, crafts, teabags, or board game pieces! The nine boxes inside are made from white wood that I collected, milled and dried myself. They fit perfectly inside the mahogany box and each one is removable for easy access.

A lovely serving board made from Tasmanian black-hearted sassafras, with a strip of Tasmanian poplar. I love the range of colours in the sassafras, and of course the bold dark streaks!

I present 'a labour of love'. An entryway table made from Tasmanian Blackwood and highly figured Tasmanian poplar. It was created for my mum's birthday last year and was done entire with hand tools (hence a labour of love).

I made this lovely box as a gift for my wife's grandmother to keep letters from her family in. It is made from myrtle with a Huon pine inner lining to which smells beautiful when the box is opened. I made the white rose on the lid by hand using marquetry. The petals are made from hoop one and walnut, with some burning on the edges to give depth. Hopefully this box will hold special memories for years to come!

This tea box is for those tea lovers with a whole range of favourites! Each compartment keeps your delicious flavours organised and the clear Perspex lid means that you can leave it on your counter as a gorgeous display of tea! It has a Blackwood interior, and the outside is made from silly oak that I collected and milled myself - it has an amazing spotty texture and golden colour!
