How the last working day of the year started and ended! Thanks to I was able to pack up in the dark 😉

Here’s a new custom split level house that we’ve just finished doing all the on for one of our builders
The house has 3 metre raked walls and raked ceilings through out. In the wall frames running from east to west each stud had to be cut individually at different heights with a 5deg cut to create the raked walls.

~Room Renovation~
Client had a large rear extension built years ago which had a bedroom built in the back corner which made the living area small, so we removed the bedroom and created a new kitchen, living and dining room for them to entertain in. The small old kitchen at the front of the house was later turned into a bedroom and the new bifold doors at the rear create an inside outside entertaining area.
