Great to see this premium commercial space at 377 New South Head Road, Double Bay, come to life. Developed by Fortis, this project combines hospitality-style amenity with practical, flexible workspaces. The café, bar, and rooftop areas add a strong sense of character to the overall environment.

Working with SHAPE Australia, Aspen delivered the joinery package for this project, helping bring together the warm material palette and refined detailing across the space. A fantastic outcome and a great collaboration all around.

Aspen Joinery is proud to have contributed to this high-performance National Operations Centre in Docklands, VIC, delivered by SHAPE Australia. This project transformed a standard office floor into a purpose-built environment designed to support 24/7 operations, where functionality, durability, and seamless integration are critical.

Our scope involved the delivery of bespoke joinery solutions across key areas of the workplace. Projects like this go beyond finishes. They demand joinery that can handle constant use, support fast-paced teams, and integrate seamlessly into complex environments.

It’s been a busy week for our production facilities, with a strong mix of bespoke joinery items moving through fabrication, finishing, and assembly stages. Currently in fabrication are café counters, library shelving systems, banquette seating, reception desks, lockers, and custom credenzas with integrated storage solutions.

Every item is progressing through our workshop teams with a focus on precision, durability, and high-quality finishes, ready for installation on live projects across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and beyond. More updates to come as these packages move from factory to site.
