10 random things you probably don’t know about Lucas 👷‍♂️

You probably know Lucas as the guy behind Ryzah Homes… but here are a few things you might not know about the guy behind the builder.

1. His first job was at McDonald’s 🍔
Not quite construction, but everyone has to start somewhere!

2. He loved building with LEGO as a kid.
So I guess becoming a builder was always on the cards. 😂

3. He has a serious weakness for chocolate.
Open a block and it’s pretty much gone within minutes. 🍫

4. He’s a big mountain bike and gravel bike rider.
Apparently building all day isn’t enough exercise.

5. He has a very quick wit and always has a comeback 😂

6. He’s been in the building industry for 20+years, starting out as a carpenter before becoming a registered builder.

7. He still loves being hands-on and would much rather be on site than sitting behind a desk.

8. He’s a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to building.
The little details definitely don’t get past him.

9. Ryzah Homes is named after our two kids, Ryder + Zahlia ❤️

10. He may be the builder behind Ryzah Homes… but he definitely isn’t the one who gets the final say on what goes on Instagram. 😂

The best results start with the right builder.

Someone who listens.
Someone who communicates.
Someone who cares about the details.
Someone who treats your home like it’s their own.

That’s the Ryzah way.

It’s the little choices that bring a space together

The soft vertical tiles, warm brushed brass, curved mirror and those subtle neutral tones. Each detail working together to create a bathroom that feels calm, considered and timeless.

Sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

THE WORK YOU DON’T SEE 👀

The finished photos might be what everyone sees, but they’re only a small part of the story.

Behind every completed project are countless conversations, site visits, measurements, problem solving and attention to every detail.

At Ryzah Homes, Lucas is hands on throughout the entire build because we believe quality isn’t something you add at the end, it’s built in from the very beginning.

It’s the work behind the scenes that makes all the difference.
