Single-level tiny living, with plenty of character and no shortage of considered details ✨

The Casuarina combines a queen-size bedroom, generous storage and full-size kitchen and bathroom with local timber finishes, natural cork flooring, a cast iron fireplace and breakfast bar positioned to make the most of the view.

And because tiny living isn’t one-size-fits-all, we’ll work with you to create a home that suits the way you want to live – easy to maintain, beautifully finished and designed to be legally transported around Australia.

Thinking of going tiny? Discover the Casuarina and our other Australian Tiny Home designs via the link in bio.

Evergreen Homes is about more than just beautiful timber and clever design. It’s about walking the talk, and creating homes that tread lightly on the Earth and feel amazing to live in ✨

If you’re thinking about Tiny Home living, how much difference could an extra level make? 🏠

The Grevillea is our longer, double-storey Tiny Home, designed to maximise space without losing everything we love about going tiny.

With bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, a generous kitchen, full bathroom, fireplace, air conditioning and clever integrated storage, it’s a great option for families, couples or anyone looking at long-term Tiny Home living in Australia.

The downstairs bedroom can even become a home office, studio or study.

So, which would you choose, single-storey or double-storey Tiny Home? 👇
