Mr-T started this one. So I don’t have the before photos. We snuck a little white into the finish to help calm down the yellow in the radiata pine. Beautiful finish which won’t go orange

These are two tiny homes I finished in Toolangi. The Baltic Pine was done over a year ago and was just starting to look a little tired. A quick mop with our oil care and it looked brand new. If you are prepared to do the maintenance it’s a great option.

I would like to apologise to all my clients. Apparently my brain is just operating to high.

This floor deserved its own moment. Beautiful Brushbox in our waterbased matte finish.

Busy week. A bunch of different challenges requiring different techniques and finishes.

Beautiful chestnut floor we recently finished with our 2 pack waterbase finish. Yes it costs more, but its durability is worth it. We sanded off a cheap single pack waterbase finish that lasted only 5 or so years and had stains everywhere. One of my favorite Australian timber’s.

Old Baltic Pine floor finished with modified oil. I haven’t used modified oil in years, so it was nice to play with again. We also filled it with a new gap filler. It goes on like a liquid and dries like rubber. I don’t understand it, but it’s a very cool product.

I don’t have an official job finished on time guarantee. But maybe we should. It’s been a rocky week but between me and Terence we will get you back in your home when we promise. Some early starts late finishes but we get there.

Brushbox parquetry floor finished in Lo-Sheen. The owner laid the floor himself, so we felt the pressure to match his hard work and labour on this one. What a beautiful floor.

Some before and after shots of this stunning old parquetry. Taken from a mansion in Toorak and re laid in Eltham. This gorgeous floor would be at least 100 years old. Amazing to be part of this story as we brought the floor back to life for its next chapter
