All in a days work!

The perks of working on site is we occasionally get a visit from our native furry friends during our inspections.

Our inspections take us up onto roofs, into roof voids, and under houses, so we tend to find all kinds of critters.

At this time of year, we are just thankful this encounter was the furry type and not the scaled, slithering type!

This is a great example of just how elusive and sneaky termites can be!

We found this termite nest on a recent inspection, there was very little indication of their presence apart from a few minuscule mud leads in a cupboard below.

This highlights the importance of having an up to date barrier and having regular inspections completed by a professional.
