What is included in our personalised Caravan, Trailer, and Vehicle Weighing Service?
We are a husband and wife team, with over 4 years weighing experience along with almost 6 years caravanning experience, including completing our Aussie Lap in 2023. We share our experience, mistakes and learnings for free 🙂
** The entire process takes up to 1.5-2hrs.
1. Our Nuweigh, 'Individual weights' measure each axle of your vehicle and caravan
2. Both the Vehicle and Caravan are weighed together, hitched
3. The Vehicle and Caravan are unhitched, and weighed separately
4. The Caravan Tow ball is weighed
5. Joe, our weighing expert provides a detailed explanation on the results compared to the compliance plates on both the vehicle and caravan
6. A print out receipt from the machine is provided on the day, that is date and time stamped
7. A complete and detailed report is than provided that includes GTM, ATM, TBM, GVM, GVMC and GCM along with an explanation of what they all mean
8. General tips around weight distribution, tow ball weight, safety and towing
Our NuWeigh scale are calibrated, (as per manufacturers recommendations) each 12mths by NuWeigh.
