Drawing inspiration from our client’s family, we have designed a minimalist bakery in Bayswater - Melbourne, with the aim of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The use of exposed 1970s brickwork introduces a distinctive grid-like texture, bringing depth and character to the compact interior. This subtle intervention reinterprets a traditional material in a fresh and contemporary way. A refined palette of colour and materials has been carefully selected to complement and highlight the bakery’s offerings, while a considered lighting scheme enhances both the customer experience and the visual appeal of the products.
