Latest Garden Makeover job for a client in Inglewood, who was selling their property. A big job that involved a large garden tidy up with heavy pruning, lots of weeding, hedging, retic repairs, new plants selection & installation, mulching & replacement of all the lawns front & back. Came up a treat, client happy, new owner happy, check out the before & after pics.

Removal of tired old plants and refresh the garden bed with some new ones & add some pine bark mulch for a great finish.

Tis the season for verge makeovers.

A few pics of two recently completed verge makeover jobs, utilising native groundcovers and easy care plants.

First two are of a side verge of another recently completed job. Simple mass planting of an Acaia groundcover that grows 3m wide, and will look spectacular when mature and in full bloom.

Second job was to add some native groundcovers, shrubs and easy care plants to an existing verge garden that was a little bare. As the plants mature this garden bed will require very little maintenance and have colour year round.

Two verge makeovers with easy care, low maintenance/ native plants installed. A great end result that will only look better as the gardens matures.

My latest garden makeover job completed.

Verge, and front garden beds cleaned up, then planted with groundcover plants installed on the verge, hedging plants installed on the inside garden beds and strappy dianellas installed along the front fence and all beds reticulated and mulched for a great finish.

This garden was designed with native, easy care and waterwise plants specially chosen and placed, to ensure when mature, full coverage of the garden beds with very little mainteannce required.

A lot of hard work with a great result.
I love these types of jobs.

Another very interesting story from NSM regarding Asthma.

Meet Zena the latest onsite supervisor.

Zena resides in a large mixed developing garden for a new client in Doubleview.

This job was a big one, with lots of hard heavy work needed & new materials installed, that has resulted in the garden being given a spring lift ready for its next stage of development.

Zena actively supervised during this job, greeting me with a smile, tail wag & her signature grunt each day. She even knocked me over once with an excited bouncy greeting. (Note to self; don't squat with staffys kneel or sit) Zena made regular inspections of the mulch installation during her sunbaking sesions on the lawn & she is a beautiful natured girl whom I really enjoyed working with.

Zena also loves to play, her signature game being tug of war
"in her own way". Zena would greet me with her rope toy, once I took up the other end she would promptly drop & park herself whilst biting her end of the rope, she doesn't shake her head nor pull back, just hangs on while I dragged her around the lawn lol.
She's a clever girl who conserves her energy while you expend yours lol.

I really enjoyed this job. Although a lot of heavy hard work, I get a lot of satisfaction bringing a garden back to its best and setting it up for its next stage. With a great new client who is happy with the results & a fabulous new onsite supervisor to boot.
