I am a specialist in the Chinese art of Feng Shui and studied the most complex course in Australia. I work not only with the five elements of Fire.Earth.Metal.Water and Wood but use compass, form and flying star schools to provide a comprehensive analysis of your energetic environment.

I have always loved creating, whether it be painting, sketching or creating objects from re-cycled materials. With this in mind I decided to complete Interior Styling training which couples beautifully with Feng Shui principles.

In the last few years looking at the human body from a metaphysical level has intrigued me, and using holistic health practitioners helped me overcome ailments such as anxiety and emotional stress that were detrimental to my health and in turn my lifestyle. I am also vegetarian and have been since the age of 16, What I discovered despite eating my “ 5 a day veggies” I was still lacking nutrients ( through blood tests) and after conducting research regarding the “Composition of Food” that our foods no longer contain the same amount of vitamins and mineral they used to. With this in mind I started to boost my system with an organic supplement containing food stuffs as well as Omega 3. In essence I have now a “ balance” in my lifestyle from diet, good quality supplements to sustain my energy levels.
