Two side tables painted in Annie Sloan Old White. Distressed and Appliqué added to front of doors. Clear wax to seal and Black wax for character. Both tops have been sanded back and clear wax was applied to seal and protect.
One side table has a chip on the side of its top, this adds to the feeling of age and adds character.

Yolandi of A Summer's Day Furniture based in Western Australia has created such a lovely rustic, vintage style with this chest of drawers. Featuring a striking mix of Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan in Chateau Grey and Old White, Yolandi has finished it using Annie Sloan Dark Wax. The drawers were then sanded lightly to highlight the raw wood and stamped using a distinctive stamp design. The crowning glory is the sparkling glass k***s also sourced from Yolandi’s favourite Annie Sloan stockist.

This eye-catching makeover was created using copperleaf combined with the very royal Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan in Napoleonic Blue. “A match made in heaven.“ comments Yolandi. “I love the texture the copper leaf creates and for extra depth I dappled on Annie Sloan Gilding Wax in Copper over certain parts of the copper leaf”. Stunning door handles also help visually link the gold leaf and paint for the ultimate effect. A true eureka Chalk Paint® moment!
