We’ve had a couple of busy days and with the other half still needing rest breaks after surgery work is slowly progressing. The kitchen dresser is sanded and ready to be varnished, interior has been painted white and the tongue and groove back undercoated. Also have the ripple glass ready to be inserted in the top 2 doors.

A new day and onto another project. This is a solid pine kitchen dresser and it is coming up nicely. The blue paint is proving to be stubborn to remove but I’ll keep at it. The doors have been taken apart as they need to be repaired and glued back together.

Here it is complete - the vintage dolls pram. What a restoration job, so much patience was needed, but it’s paid off in the end. Happy with the result. The first picture is digitally styled and the antique doll is not included when selling.

Back to working on the antique/vintage pram. We have placed the lining and top fabric on the hood of the pram. I was lucky to find a braid the exact colour to match. It has been attached with a flower head style upholstery tack.
