2026 Pricing Update

From this year my rates are structured based on scope, responsibility, and level of involvement.

• $120/hr – Full service carpentry (outcome-based work quoted)
• $90/hr – Builders & contractors (materials supplied, clear scope)
• $65/hr – Trade labour only (supervised, no tools)

Minimum charge: 2 hours
Half-day and full-day bookings available
Labour hire can be booked per day
Outcome-based works are quoted

Hi everyone, just a little ONI BUILD update!
It’s been a busy and exciting time, so I wanted to share some news:

✅ I’ve officially received my Contractor’s Licence for Carpentry & Joinery (Licence No. 483551C) – which means I can now take on work directly.

✅ ONI BUILD has been keeping busy with finishing carpentry, cabinetry, and renovation projects – from café fit-outs to home improvements.

✅ I’m focusing on quality detail work, and if the right renovation opportunity comes up, I’d be more than happy to jump in.

HAPPY FRIDAY ☀️ Out with the old and in with the new. Replacing 6 old school mortise locks with modern updated locks. There was some serious customising to make them suit old locks. Great work, lots learnt and clients happy in the end. Can’t complain, thanks David! 🙌
