Big week of 3Dscanning, drafting and test fitting OPG scren, 6mm belly plates, cylinder guards and poly fuel tank guard.
3D Models created with our Einstar scanner, imported to Onshape CAD, profiles cut and formed in house with our CNC plasma and pressbrake.

Driving and flood light guard kit recently supplied and fitted to a new John Deere 670G grader. 2mm HR sheet guards, all drafted, cut, formed and assembled in house.

Completed the Caterpillar 980M loader bucket wear kit. This week's project included fitting a new BIS400/450 liner package with 12mm side plates, bowl skin, and wear strips to the bucket lip.

Supplied replacement Komatsu L61 swing blade dozer. QT400 10mm formed curved plate prepared, damaged moldboard removed and new moldboard board fitted and ready to weld out tomorrow morning.

Fitted a new set cone crusher frame liners today. Worn set gouged off and new 10mm liners fitted and welded out.

Onsite welding repairs on a Cat345GC excavator today. Repairs required to safety lock protection plate, H link spacers in quick hitch and bucket pick ups. Dismantled hitch and pick up pins, prepared, weldedout and assemble hitch ready to return to production tomorrow morning.

Custom support posts adjustable from 2.4m to 3.4m tall, featuring demountable ballast tubs. Precision cutting of over 100 x holes to suit 30mm pin achieved using our CNC plasma table. Four units fabricated, now ready for galvanising.

Out on site replacing worn Cat D8 dozer blade skin. Arc gouged old skin, cut new 12mm QT450 skin to size, fitted out blade and added additional QT450 wear strips. Returning tomorrow to weld out.

Current rebuilding excavator push blade. CNC plasma cut and formed new beam and blade face in house, added extra internal webb plates and support bracing.
