When you’re the only one in the shop but you’ve decided that VERY heavy antique Chinese coffee table/bench seat needs to go out on the floor, there’s simply no stopping you. 😂 A serious lack of muscles and a whole lot of determination later, I got there. And I reckon it was worth the struggle!
This beautiful piece, along with many more, will be coming online over the next week. We’ve just received an incredible collection of antiques, ranging from 120 to over 200 years old, each with its own story, character and beautifully aged finish. We love these pieces for their imperfections—the worn surfaces, original marks, uneven textures and signs of a life well lived. These details are what make every antique completely unique, adding warmth, depth and soul in a way that new pieces simply can’t replicate.
