The tools are going down, the computers turned off & were taking a short break for Summer.

The calm after the storm.. continued.
Now it’s time to relax & enjoy!
Intense flooding knocked this home off its foundations.
It’s structural integrity was compromised & with its full rebuild, a rework of its original layout was made, to make it more functional. The home was also engineered with extra structural strategies put in place.
What a stunning result that looks & feels like a brand new home, after such a devastating natural event.
In April 2024 Wollongong was hit by over 170mm’s of intense rain, causing creeks to burst their banks & flood waters to inundate homes.
Properties & possessions destroyed & families displaced.
After the flood waters had subsided & plans were in place, the rebuild of this lovely families home began.
Now, it’s the calm after the storm.
