Beatnik is a leading technology & digital solutions agency with 15+ years of experience delivering web and application development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and cloud services. We work with local and international clients to build impactful digital products that drive results.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day communication with clients, assisting in the preparation and submission of proposals, and supporting the project teams in ensuring client satisfaction.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
► Maintain clear and professional communication with clients over email, phone, and in-person.
► Coordinate client meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
► Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
► Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content) to ensure client requirements are well-communicated.
► Maintain client records and ensure project documentation is up to date.
► Handle basic client queries and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
◉ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
◉ 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or account management (fresh graduates with internship experience may also apply).
◉ Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
◉ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
◉ Familiarity with digital services (web, mobile, content) is a plus.
◉ Positive attitude, team player, and proactive problem solver.
