HOW WE MAKE CURVES FROM FLAT WOOD 👇
Most people think curves need expensive machines.
We do it with kerf cutting + patience.

The 3 stages:
1. Kerf cuts: Straight board gets precise grooves on back. Still flat still strong.
2. Bend: Grooves let wood flex. We clamp it to a curve form while glue dries.
3. Finish: Sand, fill and sand using 320 grade. Grooves disappears and only left with curve
Sock Hardboard on lurm weer for 15 minutes. Remove it it and ready to cover inside of kerf👍
That’s how your pedestal got that “floating + illusion” 👀.
