Things are really moving now! Electrical and HVAC rough-in are officially underway, we cleared out the basement, and work on the backyard has finally started.

Massive shoutout to everyone for working so hard over the weekend—the ceilings in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room are completely out. Plus, we finally got the old kitchen chimney removed! Big milestone checked off the list. Onward! 🏠💪
End of Week 3 🔨
Things are really coming together! Framing is officially underway to get everything prepped for utility roughins and spray foam insulation. Thanks again to our great supplier, Leathertown Lumber. While outside, the new fascia and eavestroughs are going up to start the exterior envelope.
