Can’t believe I forgot to post this beauty walnut charcuterie board. This was done a few months back for a good friend .
Over the last few months I’ve taken a step back from wood working. Work and family have taken a higher priority and trying to juggle all of it at once was becoming more stressful than it was worth. I hope to get back in the shop to get to work on some old and new projects in the near future.

Enjoying the beautiful spring morning putting some finishing touches on the corners of a cutting board. Can’t help but think of all the things I’m grateful for in life when surrounded by the peacefulness of my backyard.

Well it’s been a while since I’ve been in the shop for an extended amount of time due to my busy season starting, but managed to mill up a load of wood for cutting boards coming up. What woods do you see here?

This walnut, maple and padauk cutting board is going out to Blaine from today and I am very excited to hear it will be a gift to his father in law in Iraq. If I keep this pace up I’ll have more boards in the Middle East than home.

This special Canadian charcuterie board is headed to the United Arab Emirates, to always remind my in-laws of home. Thanks for all the help and support this last month Linda Arthur. Much appreciated ❤️

Finally finished up my first set of resin coasters. Exotic cutoffs and copper resin make a beautiful combination. Who could use a set of these on their table?

Dug this bad boy out of a corner of my dads workshop yesterday. Can’t wait to get this Beaver 3800 tuned up and running again. This jointer is special to me as it was bought by my grandpa from the Hardisty Lake High School woodshop and passed on to my dad, who is now giving it to me. It’s going to take a bit of work, but I can easily see this becoming my favourite shop tool!!🤗
Any tips for restoring vintage tools🤷🏻♂️
