Curly, burly, spalted Myrtle wood. The grain on this plank is nothing short of amazing. No inlays or fancy epoxy needed here, just some great wood.
Finished with Crafted Forest Wood Butter.

Maple with two matching bowties and a massive knot filled with epoxy. A lot to look at with this one for sure!
β’β’Iβm donating this board for a silent auction to help raise money for ALS. Letβs hope it does a good job with that.π€π»

Old Growth Redwood! πͺΎ
Lots of epoxy work to fill in all the cracks. I like the outcome though, it reminds of flames. π₯

Black walnut never disappoints. Itβs probably my favourite wood to work with. It always has a good variance of grain, curl and colour making it a fun task to find the perfect boards. 90% is usually plain and pretty basic but thereβs always that one special board within the lift that I find to work with. It takes time and patience but when I snag those keepers, itβs all worth it. The hunt continues! π

Black walnut with a two tone bow tie inlay. I finished this one with my own blend of mineral oil, coconut oil, beeswax and vitamin E.
Lots of curly, swirly character in this one! π€

Two boards is always better than one!
This is a pair of Myrtle boards. Each one has a single bowtie inlay on the top side and finished with Odies Oil.
The character and colours in these is fantastic! Thanks for the planks .jacob.woods!

Figured Myrtle wood with two walnut chevrons mostly for aesthetics.
Finished up with two coats of Odies Oil and a hot brand on the back side.

Sapele and Maple end grain board all finished up! I really like the maple contrasting with the dark sapele. 45 degree chamfers on the edges and my custom non slip hardware on the bottom. Finished with Walrus Oil. 20βx15βx1.75β

The third of three for now.
Once again, Myrtle wood with a nice contrasting bow-tie, finished with Odies Oil and a hot brand on the back.
I think this one kind of looks like a whale! π³
I did a penetrating epoxy coat on here as well to seal up a few p***y spots.
The warm golden colours really make this one pop!

Number two of three! Figured myrtle again with a matching bow-tie inlay near the middle, finished with Odies Oil and branded on the backside.
I also had to do an epoxy penetrating seal coat to stabilize the wood. I can honestly say, this one took a bit of time to finish.
Looks like Cookie Monster went to town! πͺ
