Basement window sill repair. Damage from an outside water tap leaking and ice outside the window.

Complete demo of a bathroom after foundation repair. Lots of custom work involved in this one. Opened this small bathroom right up. Love the finished look!!!

Just a little 8’x16’ sign we built and put up lol.

What happens when proper w**d barrier isn’t used. We had to remove all the mulch, pull all the w**ds, spray and remove the old w**d barrier that was actually disintegrating under the mulch and allowing w**ds to take over the mulch beds. New w**d barrier and mulch added for a nice clean fresh look.

Replacing a rotted out bathroom floor. An unnoticed slow leak in the toilet water shut off valve caused a lot of damage. The toilet had almost went through the floor.

Drywall/paint job after plumbers repaired some leaks. (We did not do the plumbing)

Bathroom ceiling repaired. Drywalled, painted and textured

Complete tear down and reinstall an acoustic tile ceiling. Was quite a mess before lol.

We did some more clean up at another commercial building today. Cleaned up the rocks, new w**d barrier and planted some shrubs

Getting some smaller jobs done today. Brush clean up and putting down some mulch at Pizza Hut

They had their work cut out for them on this yard cleanup and mow. Call TDL Services & Maintenance to do regular lawn care and dont run into this issue.
