Lyndin Kane: Justice of the Peace

I’ve spent a lot of time at the Di**le this weekend, and for good reason! It is such a great outdoor wedding option within the city - it has lots of parking and a variety of vantage points that make for a romantic spot to tie the knot!

This morning we weathered the rain and K+H said “I do”! Congrats to this sweet couple and their amazing friends!

I didn’t know I had marrying a lobster and a fisherman on my bucket list, but thank goodness I checked it off!

This fun couple and their witnesses said live, laugh, lobster and I’m not salty about it at all!

It was a bit like planes, trains and automobiles, but we finally got K+O hitched after some delays in obtaining their marriage license. They tied the knot at the always romantic heart-shaped pond. Thanks to my lovely witnesses and photographers for an amazing lift tonight to get this couple married before they fly home tomorrow!

Congrats to D+Y on their wedding yesterday! They put so much work into the beautiful decor and had some adorable and thoughtful touches. They prepared some treat bags - a nod to a cultural tradition symbolic of the sweet and happy life before them. Guests also received these treats to share the good fortune.💕

You could not have chosen a more magical day or place for a wedding. D+E had an intimate ceremony on a secluded part of Clam Harbour Beach. The fog added some mystique and the sun started to peek out just in time for the ceremony.

Congrats to M+T on their marriage today! We had a lovely group join us at the gazebo overlooking the northwest arm. 💍 💕

Congrats to H+R on their wedding today. We did a simple ceremony before their big second wedding outside the province.

Could not have picked a more gorgeous night for a ceremony in Public Gardens.

Congrats to A+E who celebrated with their closest loved ones, complete with twirly dresses for the littles, followed by a night on the town to enjoy a concert and the beautiful weather!

Huge congrats to an incredibly sweet couple on their marriage. Yesterday Halifax was ready to celebrate G+G with some gorgeous weather. I performed a simple legal ceremony after the couple’s traditional Sikh wedding.

My first backyard wedding this spring! The rain and fog didn’t stop us and some sunlight appeared just as I officially declared the couple! Congrats to A+T on their marriage 💕
