One of the biggest misconceptions is that your only options are to replace it or invest in a full restoration. Sometimes neither option makes sense.

This client loved their bedroom set but wasn’t ready to strip and refinish the entire set. Instead, we came up with a plan that fit their budget, timeline, and goals.

The damaged veneer on the dresser top was repaired, colour-matched, re-stained, and protected with a new top coat. We blended years of wear, repaired a damaged drawer rail, and replaced the hardware to give the piece a fresh look.

Is it a full restoration? No.

Was it the right solution for this client? Absolutely.

I don’t believe every project has to be all or nothing. Sometimes a complete restoration is the right investment, and sometimes a well-planned repair is all that’s needed to make you enjoy a piece again.
