There’s something special about seeing a space go from bare drywall to a finished room that actually feels like home. ✨
For this dining area, I wanted the architecture to do most of the talking — a clean dropped ceiling with hidden lighting, warm light-oak flooring, soft layers of fabric, and one statement chandelier that works perfectly with the height of the space.
I always look at a project as both a designer and a contractor. A beautiful rendering is only the beginning — every ceiling detail, lighting location, material transition and proportion needs to make sense when it’s time to build.
That balance between design + construction is where the real transformation happens.
