A Dash of Craft - Party Decor

Wedding season is here - albeit, it’s not the same but we’re enjoying these small, intimate events and celebrating these special moments with family and close friends 💕

Here’s a simple backdrop that can be used for multiple events and some simple staircase decor that accents the backdrop beautifully !!

What a year 2020 has been ! It felt like every other day there was a new tragedy that emerged in the news in midst of an global pandemic. Despite all the lows, this year gave us a new perspective. Families were able to slow down and enjoy time with one another, sunsets were a little more magical and friendships became more valuable.

I want to truly thank each and every person who allowed A Dash of Craft to be a part of their special events over the course of this year.

This customer added her own custom coloured lighting to her event ✨

This past weekend we had the absolute pleasure of doing this colourful and festive setup for ! We are so thankful that we were able to connect with such a beautiful soul both inside and out 🥰 thank you for letting us be part of this special occasion !!

Family weddings are just a different kind of fun and crazy all combined together! But we took it to a different level of crazy when we decided to do the decor ourselves and host a two-day event 😅

The backdrop, table setting, centrepieces, chalkboard sign and reception table were put together by us .dashofcraft

did an AMAZING job capturing all of the details of this special day. Thank you so much for gorgeous memories and making us laugh so that we don’t look completely robotic 😂

Check out for basically anything you’d like created lol - we had a customized frame made that was used on the reception table and will be a lovely decor piece in the couple’s home.
She also created gorgeous customized acrylic name tags which were used for the head tables and added that extra touch to .dashofcraft ‘s table setting and decor

Check out for all things pretty as well 🥰 we had custom “Mr and Mrs” signs made for the bride and groom’s chairs and these doubled as props for the photoshoot as well. We also collaborated together to create a gorgeous grasswall backdrop that served as a diy photo booth and could have been used as a gorgeous setting for a dessert table

really brought the event to life with their DELICIOUS and unlimited waffle station - I may or may not have had 5 too many 🙈

White drapes and florals - I love keeping things simple and classy! Our client had this set up in her backyard for cake cutting and it was perfect to turn an ordinary space into something special 🥰 we also added some lights behind these drapes which adds a nice touch for evening parties
