GORGEOUS French Provincial Furniture Makeover!

This Art Deco cabinet was headed for paint but I just couldn’t do it. Instead, I stripped it back, repaired the damage, and restored it using finishes true to its era.

These lower end laminate furniture pieces from the 60s and 70s are some of my favourite flips because they’re the perfect blank canvas for a fresh design. This pair was trimmed down, lifted up off the floor with new wood bases, and finished in a bold blue furniture paint for a completely updated look.

I pulled this dresser out of the trash and brought it back to life. The solid wood top had split boards and the drawer runners needed repair, but with some careful glueing, sanding, and a fresh coat of durable furniture paint, this piece is now sturdy, functional, and ready for a new home.

I found this dresser for just $5 at the thrift store and gave it a completely new look using texture and some paint. I did this project back in 2021 and while it's not the route I’d take today, it's still one of my favourite transformations!

When I saw this on FB Marketplace for $20, I knew I had to have it!

This Mid Centruy Modern TEAK dresser got kicked to the curbed but I saw enough potential under all of the damage to drag it home and see what I could save. The veneer on the body was too far gone so I painted what I had to and resealed the drawer fronts for a warm wood contast. What do you think about this MCM upcyle?

This curbside coffee table got completely restored. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to save the already refinished veneer, but I think I figured it out.

The longer I lived with this colour I painted this dresser, the more I fell in love with it!
