Installation day. 🤍

The day everyone has been waiting for.

The drawings have been approved, materials chosen, cabinetry built and finished — and now all those individual decisions begin to take their place in the home.

Installation is where everything starts coming together.

Before the first cabinet goes in, the floors are protected and the space is prepared. Blankets go down, tools come in and every piece finds its place one cabinet at a time.

And yes… there’s usually a fair bit of DeWalt yellow scattered around. 😉
Good tools make good work a whole lot easier.

We believe the same care that goes into building your cabinetry should follow it right into your home. Protecting the spaces around us, keeping a clean and tidy work area, and treating someone else’s home with the same respect we would want shown in our own.

It might look like a collection of boxes, blankets and tools right now…

but this is the moment a drawing starts becoming their kitchen.

And that’s a pretty exciting day. 🤍

On the federal government announcement of a 25 per cent surtax placed immediately on imports of certain wood cabinets and vanities, CKCA President stated, “This announcement is an important milestone for Canada’s cabinet manufacturing industry. It sends a clear message that our government recognizes the challenges facing Canadian manufacturers and is prepared to take action to restore fair competition.
