Little life update: Hello social media world I just wanted to pop on here and post because I think moment deserves a post. For those of you that have been following my journey the last few years have known I’ve been living by a very strict lifestyle & diet which was created by starting 75 hard. 75 hard is a challenge designed to cleanse your body but also puts you through hell as you develop physical & mental strength and confidence in life. The requirements are following a strict diet, drinking a gallon a water a day, 2 workouts 1 being outside ( I do 3 miles every morning followed by a strength workout for an hour) reading 10 pages of a book everyday, no drugs or alcohol, taking a progress photo everyday, & lastly it’s followed by a 1 minute face dunk every morning for 75 days. As of yesterday I completed day 600 & let me tell you my life has completely changed for the better in a positive way. Not only have I been very responsible with my body & health but have felt content with life in general. I have felt dialed everyday & my motivation everyday is on another level. Learning how to be discipline with yourself helps you carry that discipline and motivation over into any challenge or goal you’re trying to achieve daily! A lot of people have reached out asking for workout and healthy lifestyle advice and I always tell people it’s never too late to start making goals for yourself in life because if you don’t start somewhere or sometime you will never achieve anything. The moment you wake up the clock starts ticking immediately but if you take advantage of your life and time those ticks will never get away from you and you will eventually achieve those goals and feel like you’re invincible and on top of the world once you starting living life for yourself. I am so incredibly grateful for all of the love and support you guys send on a daily basis and can’t wait to see you guys on day 1000 at this point it’s a warrior lifestyle more so than it is a challenge. I’m back👀 Chef Mhirp () Day:1 Surf and turf starting off with a 9oz filet topped with Red Cajun Red Argentine shrimp, sautéed onions & topped with an (apple jalapeño brown sugar glaze). On the side is some diced potatoes garnished with parsley & my all time favorite honey bacon Brussels sprouts. I’m back and ready to stay with a new podcast on the way. Been a great summer but got some big plans for the fall so stay tuned. Enjoy🔥

Nothing better than a little summer country concert @ U.S. Bank Stadium. Zach Bryan was hands down one of the best concerts of all time with an even better crew! Thank you ZB for one hell of a night in the one and only legendary Minnesota & shoutout to the Uber driver who let us have our own concert in the car on the way home 🎸
