Most of my business hasn’t been one big, perfectly mapped-out plan.
It’s been a string of decisions that felt right (or necessary) in the moment… and led to outcomes I never could’ve predicted.
Saying yes to working in early childhood when I thought it would just be “for now.”
Saying yes to teaching at the college when I wasn’t sure I was ready.
Saying yes to a Director of Operations certification when it made zero sense on paper.
Saying yes to helping one client turn her ideas into a course, just because I knew there had to be a better way.
None of those decisions felt glamorous at the time. Many of them came after burnout, disappointment, or that “is this really it?” feeling.
But every pivot, every late-night Google Doc, every messy first offer quietly walked me right to where I am now—helping experts turn what they know into education-based offers that actually work for their life.
And honestly? I think that’s how it unfolds for most of us.
Maybe you’re the coach whose calendar is packed with 1:1s,
but your bank account and energy don’t match the effort.
