Are you highly organized, creative, and looking for a career with room to grow? Brodie & Brown is a locally owned custom cabinetry and interior design company in Squamish, and we're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our growing team.
This is much more than a typical administrative position. You'll work directly alongside the owners in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same. If you're eager to learn, you'll have opportunities to gain experience in interior design, cabinetry, project coordination, marketing, and more.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing emails, phone calls, and client communication
Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
Preparing quotes, invoices, and project documents
Ordering materials and tracking deliveries
Assisting with project coordination and organization
Creating and scheduling social media content
Managing website updates and online marketing
Photography and video creation for projects
Assisting with showroom organization and client experience
General office administration and daily business operations
Helping wherever needed in our small business environment

Experience with Canva, Adobe, photography, or video editing is considered an asset
Previous administrative or marketing experience is preferred but not required

Are you a carpenter, handy-person, or someone eager to learn the cabinetry trade? Brodie + Brown Cabinetry is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Helper to join our growing team in Squamish.

This is a hands-on opportunity to develop valuable skills in custom cabinetry. With the right training and support, you’ll learn to operate woodworking tools, a CNC machine, and eventually manage the shop independently.

Job Details:
Location: Unit 102 – 39455 Discovery Way, Squamish

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6–8 hour shifts, includes a paid lunch break)

Starting Wage: $26/hour

Growth: Scheduled raises every 6 months based on skill development, with future opportunities for profit-sharing and leadership roles

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the cutting, assembly, and finishing of custom cabinetry

Operate and maintain woodworking tools and machines under supervision

Learn and eventually run the CNC machine and other shop equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow shop safety protocols at all times

Receive and unpack materials, load/unload deliveries as needed

Support the lead fabricators and contribute to production timelines

Help with installations or on-site work if required

Ideal Candidate Traits:
Familiar with woodworking and power tools (saws, drills, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Positive attitude and self-driven

Eager to learn and grow in a long-term position

Residing in Squamish with no plans to relocate
