Remplacement de l’armoire électrique Remplacement des moteurs à Courant Continu par des motoréducteurs et des variateurs (SINAMICS) SIEMENS - Remplacement des relayages par un automate SIMATIC S7-300 en réseau avec les variateurs SINAMICS par ProfiBus -
Supervision avec un afficheur SIEMENS KTP 1200 Comfort en réseau avec l’automate et les variateurs par ProfiBus pour visualisation et commande des différentes entités de la machine dans leurs différents états.

ECOFUEL LIBERIA -
Construction of a hydrocarbon depot, SEMEN realized the entire electrical installation : cable way, power cable and control.
The depot consists of :
- Four hydrocarbon storage tanks (about 25.000 m3)
-A hydrocarbon pumping line + hydrocarbon arrival lines
- A hydrocarbon loading area
- A separator
- A fire station
- A technical building (TGBT + API)
- Two generating units
- One Administrative and Control building
- A gatehouse at the entrance of the factory.
Everything (except for the loading area and the gauging of the tank) is controlled by an industrial programmable controller S7-1200. /
LIBERIA ECOFUEL -
Construction d'un dépôt hydrocarbure, SEMEN à réalisé toute l'installation électrique : Chemin de câble, câble de puissance et de contrôle.
Le dépôt est constitué de :
- Quatre réservoirs de stockage d'hydrocarbures (environ 25 000 m3)
- Une pomperie hydrocarbures + lignes d'arrivées d'hydrocarbures
- Une aire de chargement d'hydrocarbures
- Un séparateur
- Une station incendie
- Un bâtiment technique ( TGBT + API )
- Deux groupes électrogènes
- Un bâtiment Administratif et de Commande
- Une guérite à l'entrée de l'usine.
L'ensemble (hormis l'aire de chargement et le jaugeage des bacs) est commandé par un automate programmable industriel S7-1200.
