When we first looked at the floor plan for this student housing project in Dubai, the layout was a real puzzle: long, narrow, and limited in space.
But student accommodation needs to deliver on three non-negotiables: quality sleep, smart storage, and a productive study area.
Instead of crowding the room with standard furniture, our team sourced a custom bunk bed integrated with a built-in study desk and storage.
By utilizing vertical space, we kept the room feeling open and airy while checking every single box for the students.
