Solid slices of Zebrawood are sanded to remove rough burrs, and wood wax oil restores the pure charm of natural timber. The soft upholstery is evenly stuffed with ample sponge and fully covered with whole cowhide by hand, delivering a firm yet gentle seating experience.

Raw wenge timber is left to rest and conditioned to balance moisture levels, with the wood surfaces polished layer by layer for refinement, and a thin coat of wood wax oil applied to accentuate the natural grain texture. The soft upholstery uses full-grain top-layer cowhide paired with high-elastic sponge, and is hand-wrapped and shaped.

The solid pure solid wood of small-leaved zebrawood undergoes natural air-drying. Exposed wooden surfaces are finely sanded and maintained with wood wax oil for a warmer, smoother tactile experience. The upholstery uses intact full-grain genuine leather, manually stretched and shaped to stay smooth and wrinkle-resistant.

We select solid walnut wood logs for static air-drying. After multiple rounds of sanding, we apply wood wax oil to bring out clear and mellow natural wood grain. The upholstery uses full-grain top-grain cowhide, filled with high-elasticity sponge, and hand-wrapped to smooth out every texture.

The natural original wenge wood is fully nourished before being cut to craft the frame without any auxiliary wood filling. The mortise and tenon craftsmanship reinforces the structure, and fine sanding restores distinct, natural wood grain patterns. The upholstery adopts top-grain genuine leather paired with high-density foam, manually stretched and shaped to stay smooth and taut without sagging.

The supporting frame is crafted from a solid piece of zebrawood. The timber is left to rest until its moisture content stabilizes before cutting and fabrication. Mortise and tenon joints fit tightly together, with a thin coat of wood wax oil applied to preserve the original wood texture. The upholstery leather is a single intact sheet without fragmented splicing, filled with ample sponge, hand-stretched and shaped to create soft, natural lines.

Take raw wenge timber and leave it to air-dry naturally; construct the frame with mortise and tenon joints, then sand meticulously and apply wax to preserve its natural wood grain. Wrap high-resilience foam with top-grain cowhide and upholster it by hand; the finished piece will only be ready for delivery after proper settling.

Imported solid zebrawood is selected as the main material. We cut timber from whole logs without using miscellaneous woods or veneers. After raw logs arrive at the factory, they are first aired and stored for natural curing to balance internal moisture, followed by constant-temperature drying to reduce the risk of cracking and deformation in later use. Once the wood properties stabilize, the logs go through cutting and tenon-and-mortise joint assembly, forming an all-solid-wood frame throughout the entire production process.

We embed reverence for materials into every production procedure. The zebrawood undergoes prolonged resting to stabilize its grain structure, joined securely and sturdily by mortise and tenon joints. The genuine leather upholstery delivers soothing comfort. Stripped of ornate embellishments, only the serene aura inherent to the raw materials remains.
