From the red of the desert to the white of the sails,
Australia offers a palette shaped by earth, light, and time.

As our first flagship takes form on Pitt Street,
we look to the land for rhythm —
curves in the sandstone, shadows in the reef,
order in the architecture of nature.

This is a city that understands contrast.
Bold and raw, yet quietly poetic.
It speaks in texture.

We hadn’t seen them in a while — and they reminded us what matters.

Red design’s Pizzeria S. Where the dreamy interior’s boundaries with the outside are brushed away. Misty glass focuses the viewpoint to Shanghai’s iconic city line while remain enclosed and cosy.

Isamu Noguchi Akari Pendant Ceiling Light | Such a beautiful iconic light. Maybe my favourite no matter the level or class this light is beautiful. So simple in its form, inexpensive to make and millions of homes across the globe will have an interpretation of this. As a kid I had this in my bedroom now as a design principal its still the prefered light for my home and now its Red design’s 2024 中秋佳節愉快 greeting card. Please donate what you can when you can 💙

Red design has completed over 100 store designs for Peet’s Coffee across China. Each store has its own unique narrative and context to their local heritage developed. Creating a brand interior ID that is not only visually translated consistently over all stores but at the same time telling their own individual story. We are proud to conceptualize One DNA for Peets over 100 different visual expressions. #100 -
