The main unearthed object in the stables is a chariot. This chariot is of a high level, painted and lacquered, with a canopy on it, and four pottery figurines as well, all wearing long crowns. In the Qin Dynasty, there were generally three passengers on a chariot, and this chariot was called "Sicheng Chariot" in ancient times. Its duty was to convey military orders and to challenge the enemy. It might also be a special chariot for the commander.

Although the Pit No. 3 of Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses is small, it is very important. Archaeological experts believe that it should be the command organization that led the military formations in Pit No. 1 and No. 2. We often say "Planning in the tent and winning a battle thousands of miles away", and the tent refers to where the command organization is located.
