Nach einer kleinen Wanderung in der französischen Schweiz zurück am Camper – und vor uns dieser wunderschöne Blick über den Genfer See.

Die Sonne taucht die Berge und den See in warmes Licht, während langsam Ruhe einkehrt.

In solchen Momenten wird mir wieder bewusst, wie reich das Leben uns beschenkt, wenn wir innehalten und einfach nur schauen, fühlen und dankbar sein können.

Ankommen. Loslassen. Einssein mit dem Augenblick. ❤️

Back at the camper after a short hike in French-speaking Switzerland—with this beautiful view of Lake Geneva spread out before us.

The sun bathes the mountains and the lake in a warm glow as a sense of calm slowly settles in.

In moments like these, I am reminded again of the rich gifts life offers us when we pause and simply take the time to look, feel, and be grateful.

Arriving. Letting go. Being at one with the moment. ❤️

Die Vorfreude ist groß auf neue Wege, klare Bergluft und diese besonderen Ausblicke. 🌿🏔️

Die erste kleine Wanderung wartet schon auf uns. Einfach losgehen, innehalten, staunen und den Moment genießen.

Dankbar für die Freiheit, unterwegs zu sein und mich vom Leben überraschen zu lassen.

To get you in the mood, we'll do our compact BALANCEyour-Body Workout – with a beautiful view over the lake. 🧘‍♂️💙

There is great anticipation for new paths, clear mountain air and these special views. 🌿🏔️

The first short hike is already waiting for us. Just go ahead, pause, marvel, and enjoy the moment.

Grateful for the freedom to be on the go and let life surprise me.

Ein Feld voller blühender Sonnenblumen, strahlender Sonnenschein, tiefblauer Himmel und ein paar kleine weiße Wolken – und plötzlich ist da nur noch dieses Gefühl: Verbundenheit. Dankbarkeit. Einssein.

Die Sonnenblumen richten sich dem Licht entgegen – und erinnern mich daran, es ihnen gleichzutun: mich dem Leben zu öffnen und das Licht in mir zu spüren.

Für einen Moment ist alles vollkommen.
Einfach sein. Einfach staunen. Einfach glücklich sein. ✨

Some moments simply make the soul smile. ☀️

A field full of blooming sunflowers, bright sunshine, deep blue skies and a few small white clouds – and suddenly there is only this feeling: connection. gratitude. Oneness.

The sunflowers turn towards the light – and remind me to do the same: to open myself to life and to feel the light within me.

For a moment, everything is perfect.
Just be. Just be amazed. Just be happy. ✨
