NEW NAME SAME S**T AND THEN SOME!

Der blev bare flere og flere madprojekter og det blev trættende at skrive verdens længste navn. Så vi trængte til et kort.

Vores nye navn er en hyldest til konceptet OUR DANISH PIG. Vi har bare skiftet pig ud med charcuterie og voila:

De seneste to år har vi, Chinorocks & Joachim7inch, udfordret og forkælet jer med tossede madprojekter og cook outs med venner fra ind- og udland.

Selvom navnet er blevet kortere, har vi fået plads til flere nye madprojekter samt en ny legekammerat, Marie Rose, som ved siden af ODC er freelance tekstforfatter og konceptudvikler.

I den nærmeste fremtid vil vi som ODC præsentere jer for flere popups, projekter samt vores online økologiske slagterbutik i samarbejde med en af Danmarks ældste økologiske slagtere, vores ven Karsten Andersen fra Slagtergaarden i Holbæk.

Come see for yourself from 4 PM - 8 PM, today at Gammel Kongevej 96, Frederiksberg at KaiBosh flagship store in . There will be served good , loads of , organic wine, sticky gunge and a hell of a lot of pretty sunglasses. Fact: By serving the expected 100 liters of beautiful tap water we will today spend 0,02 kg CO2 instead of 18 kg CO2 if we had handed out bottled water😳🙏💧

We officially released the tickets Friday with out any noise. When some of us got on a plane early this morning about 30% of the tickets were sold by word of mouth. Then the guys from iByen did this while we were in the air: http://politiken.dk/ibyen/vis/295312/awful-farewell-dinner. By the time we got off the flight (7,5 hours later), there were no more tickets. SOLD OUT! And again we didn't get tickets for ourselves! ENJOY you lucky .......!

We are back again with another popup!

Sam Miller and Tom Halpin are leaving Europe for good. NOMA and René taught them well and they want to do do one last popup in Copenhagen for everyone to remember before they follow new endeavours in Sydney, Australia.

We presents "Halpin & Millers Awful Farewell Dinner" on the 28-29 of September 2014 at POP - Et Spiseri. Tickets will be available real soon - So stay tuned.

Pop up restaurant En af USA's helt store kokketalenter giver de kommende dage prøver på sine kulinariske evner - når han åbner en POP-UP restaurant - på Vesterbro i København. Det er en restaurant, der kun eksisterer et par dage. Vi har besøgt den.
