At the launch of the TAKE STEPS project by the Federation of Egyptian Industries and MAIS, industry leaders explored how apprenticeship and work-based learning programs can better prepare young people for today's labor market.

Representing mobica, Eng. Nihal Emam joined the panel discussion, sharing our experience implementing apprenticeship programs and the outcomes we've seen through work-based learning.
