🚿 ROWAN PROPERTY SERVICES | BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION IN PROGRESS 🔨

📍 La Torre Golf Resort, Murcia, Spain

Another project underway! We’re transforming one bathroom into two separate bathrooms, completely reworking the space to make it practical, modern and finished to a high standard.

Here’s a look at the preparation and first stages of the renovation:

🔨 All existing wall tiles removed
🔧 Plumbing relocated to suit the new layout
⚡ Electrical installations moved to accommodate the changes
🧱 Walls stripped back and smoothed, ready for tiling
⬇️ Existing floor tiles removed to prepare for a level, flush finish
🚪 Installation of a pocket door that slides neatly into the wall
🚿 A brand-new shower area as part of the redesigned layout

Everything has been stripped back and prepared so we can start rebuilding the space properly. There’s a lot of work that goes into a transformation like this before the new tiles and fittings even go in!

Keep following to see the progress as we turn this space into two fully functional bathrooms. 👀

At Rowan Property Services, we take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail and bringing our customers’ ideas to life.

💧 DON’T WORRY… IT HAPPENS! 😅🔧

Drilled into a water pipe while doing some DIY? You’re definitely not the first!

It happens more often than you’d think, especially when you’re putting up shelves, cupboards, pictures or doing a bit of work around the house.

And before you feel too bad… plastic water pipes can be incredibly difficult to detect behind walls and tiles. There’s often no way of knowing exactly where they are.

📸 The photos below show what happened here:
➡️ Before: The damage caused by the leak
➡️ After: Pipe repaired and the area made good
➡️ The culprit: That innocent-looking screw went straight into the water pipe! 😬

The important thing is don’t panic. Turn the water off and give us a call. We can locate the leak, repair the pipe and get everything back to normal.

🥊 Boxing Night at the Hilton! 🥊

All set and ready for tonight’s boxing show with Santiago Boxing Club, here at the Hilton Hotel in Rincón de la Victoria.

I’m really pleased to be back in the ring tonight as referee, doing my bit to help support the fighters, the club and the sport I love. 🥊

A big well done to everyone involved in putting tonight together, and best of luck to all the boxers stepping through those ropes tonight.

Let’s have a great night of boxing! 👊🔥

🔧 BOILER RELOCATION & PIPEWORK UPGRADE 🔧

Another happy customer at El Valle Golf Resort, Murcia. 🇪🇸

Our customer wanted a larger kitchen worktop installed, but the existing boiler position was taking up valuable space. We relocated the boiler and altered the pipework to keep everything neat, tidy, and safely positioned to one side.

✅ Boiler moved to create more usable space
✅ Pipework adjusted and concealed where possible
✅ Ready for a new kitchen worktop installation
✅ Clean, professional finish

Sometimes it’s the little changes that make a big difference to the look and functionality of your home.

If you’re planning a kitchen renovation or need plumbing alterations, we’re here to help.
