Throwback to us playing b**r (tea) pong at my Monday senior exercise class (the infamous Mobile Mondays!) we added questions to each cup for each person to answer when they scored.

One of the questions was: “Why do you exercise?”

I absolutely loved Bob’s answer: “because I would like a better life”

This is exactly why I run these community exercise classes. It’s about staying strong and independent, feeling good and being able to do the things you love in life, for life.

Thank you Bob, you legend!

Sorry you can’t join me, it’s a ✨solo✨ date!! But here’s a recap 😚

I take myself on a solo date every month or so. It’s a ritual I absolutely love. Feeling comfortable going it alone is something I’ve always pushed myself to do. It’s not always been the easiest option but it’s always worth it.

I felt this was advanced level solo dining, a busy restaurant at dinner time, facing everyone 😂

I love hearing about everyone’s solo dates so if you’re planning one, I wanna hear about it! ✉️
