On the occasion of , Garnier & Linker will present a selection of pieces representative of their work with materials and craftsmanship, applied to lighting, furniture, and objects. Their new collaboration with the architects of Studio KO resonates with the alabaster pieces as well as the new plaster and bronze collections, staged within a new setting designed by the studio.
New variations of the ITYS series will also be unveiled. First presented in 2023 as part of a themed exhibition, the ITYS series explores the lost-wax cast glass technique. This rare craftsmanship enables the creation of solid glass pieces through a slow firing process. The bubbles and veils that appear randomly during production enhance the uniqueness of each piece. Wax forms sculpted in the Garnier & Linker workshop are sent to the glass studio before returning to the workshop, where the glass is mounted onto aluminum structures.

The KAMI collection is Garnier & Linker’s latest tribute to Japanese craftsmanship - a direct nod to a rich legacy of Franco-Japanese collaboration. It follows in the footsteps of greats like Jean Dunand, who trained under lacquer master Seizo Sugawara, and Charlotte Perriand, whose boundary-crossing work in the 1940s helped shape modern design.

The NEZU collection reinterprets a form first created for our Japanese lacquer collection. The workshop specializing in the shaping of pewter sheets, with which Garnier & Linker collaborated, has been in operation since the 18th century. Located in Kyoto’s temple district, it historically counted temples among its main patrons. The use of pewter for tea and sake gradually democratized pewter objects and anchored them in everyday Japanese life.
The main challenge was adapting this centuries-old craft (traditionally used for small objects) to the creation of large-scale pieces forming a set of wall lights and table lamps. The texture that appears on the surface of the metal through hammering enhances the material’s ability to capture light with intensity.
Limited edition of 50 pieces per model.
In a setting entirely designed by the studio, a new collection of limited-edition lighting fixtures made by a specialist workshop in Kyoto, Japan, will be unveiled.
The centuries-old craft of working with tin foil,
traditionally used for small precious objects and tableware, has been reimagined here to create large pieces that form a collection of wall lights and table lamps.
The texture that appears on the surface of the metal when it is hammered into shape further enhances the
material’s ability to intensely capture light.

The new KORA collection features a spherical form across adjustable wall lights, pendant lights, and ceiling lights, echoing a classic 1970s look.
Garnier & Linker highlight the character of each material: bronze brings a strong, grounded presence, while plaster offers a quieter but equally compelling quality.
