Grounds worker/ labourer required to start immediately. Should have a basic knowledge and understanding around tasks involved in building and construction industry. Plant operating advantageous but not necessary.
Must be able to work by them selves and with others.
Must have a full uk driving license.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Nice change changing the roof finish, to profile sheeting and slate. Timber cladding with Siberian larch.

Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual performance and development review (PDR) process, the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities.
1. Carry out relevant trade duties on responsive and planned works as requested to specifications and standards.
2. To carry our first and second fix joinery and associated building works to specification as instructed either individually or as part of a team.
3. To work in accordance with the information, instruction and training given safely and efficiently and to inform the Team Leader of any potential safety hazards not adequately controlled.
4. Complete timesheets and other relevant documentation to the satisfaction of your line manager.
5. Use authorised plant & equipment provided with due care and attention and as supervised
6. Work as part of a team and use materials safely
7. Load and unload materials and equipment as directed.
8. Work flexibly across the repairs and maintenance service

9. Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, customers and managers to ensure the effectiveness of the repairs and maintenance service.
10. Be aware of risk assessments and method statements relating to own area of work and to work in safe manner taking account other people’s health and wellbeing.
11. Take part in the reviewing processes and complete any training required.
12. Follow Health and Safety policy and procedures including the wearing of personal protective equipment when necessary.
13. Undertake health and safety training as required.
14. Manage health and safety issues in your area of responsibility in line with the relevant section(s) of the relevant Health and Safety Policy.
15. Comply with Group confidentiality and information security policies at all times.
16. Full driving license.
Your duties may vary from time to time within the broad remit of your role and grade. You are required to undertake any such reasonable and appropriate duties.

Small extension just finished in Elgin, took over this job from other builders that started and for one reason or another couldn’t continue.

Space joists going out this morning for a few a new build and mezzanine floor in HIS in Elgin.

Some Scottish Larch going on a small cabin beside Edinville nice little project.

This is one of our new builds started the other week, building a little house just outside Aberlour. The ground worker has been in and replaced existing concrete pads to the correct height and all drainage in. The joists have now been completed and the kit has been started, keep your eyes out for more pictures!
