Last week, we were called out to investigate water ingress affecting the front of a customer’s property.

After carefully stripping back the roof, we discovered evidence of a previous repair where breathable membrane had been installed incorrectly, with several holes present, along with damaged bitumen felt in multiple areas.

To ensure a long-lasting solution, we stripped the roof back to the trusses, installed new breathable membrane and felt support trays, and then reinstated all existing roof tiles.
