Rear crossmember & floor replacement on a transit tipper which was reversed into a tree.

Replacement of an aging Varvel reduction gearbox and motor on an IPP. The original gearbox had started making a grinding noise. When split from the motor we also found the keyway on the motor shaft had also become excessively worn. Quickest solution was to order a new Varvel gearbox and TEC motor.
Swapped over late at night to avoid any production disruption.

Me and Nigel had a fun few days last week removing & palletising two ovens at a bakery in Essex before shipping them up to Yorkshire by Hiab lorry. We travelled up and removed two older Mono MX ovens for the two Eco-touch replacements to take their place, which was all carried out on the same day to minimise disruption.
All done with our bespoke moving equipment, like the manual forklifts, machinery skates and roll over pallets. This enables us to move rack ovens in and out of tight spaces with difficult access.
